Sanlitun Shimao is a
commercial real estate project is being built into a premium flagship commercial
hub at city centre with a five star hotel, world renowned commercial brands and
cultural and entertainment facilities. The Beijing Sanlitun Shimao features a
land area of 30,100 sq.m. (approx. 7.4 acres) and a gross floor area of approx.
210,000 sq.m. (approx. 2.25 million sq.ft.).
Beijing Sanlitun Shimao is located in Xingfu Community No.1 on North Gongti
Rd., Sanlitun, and in close proximity to prime locations such as the embassy
area, Chaoyangmenwai central business district (CBD), Chaoyang Park and CBD.
Beijing Sanlitun Shimao Project is also situated at the intersection of three
business circles; With CBD lying to its south and Yansha business circle
consisting of Yansha Shopping Mall, Kempinski Hotel, high-end office buildings
and leisure centre to its northeast, the project neighbors in its west one of
the areas with the richest cultural heritages in Beijing.
Beijing Sanlitun Shimao is being built in phases, and is estimated to be
complete in 2009/2010.
